Refund policy
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day return period for UK orders. For an order to be eligible to return, the item must still be in the same condition we sent them in. Brand new and unused with all original packaging. If you have worn the item outside or on an unclean surface we are unable to accept the return. Once we've received and inspected the item to make sure it is still brand new, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note original shipping costs we are non-refundable, return shipping is to be organised and paid for by the buyer.
We are unable to offer returns on pre owned boots. We are also unable to offer returns for worldwide orders.
Some of the pairs we sell are older models, items marked as 'collectors pairs' are such that would be best for collecting only and not to be worn. If you choose to wear them it would be at the buyer's risk, and we are not responsible for refunds regarding this. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
